- 2008 marks our 11th year of service to Nashville! Dermess was the first to bring microdermabrasion to Nashville. We were the first "Medi-Spa" in middle Tennessee. Dermess continues to grow, adding new products and services constantly. Registered Nurse, Terri Hightower, opened Dermess Renewal in November 1997. With patient care experience of over 25 years, she had always had a keen interest in healthy lifestyles and skin care. Frustrated with facials and products that were pleasant, but unable to truly improve the skin, she became determined to find a level of skin care that met her clinical expectations. Her answer.... Dermess Renewal-a Center of Excellence combining Skin care and Medical Level, non-surgical aesthetics with Wellness.
